Bro, this also right next to SILK highway one. I mean the one i mentioned.  It's just right below the Taman Tun Hussien Onn signage there.  There is one empty space that just been cleared.  And the land seems larger than SILK residence.  I not sure if this will be a competitor for SILK Residence.  Let me try to observe a few more days since i will pass by everyday

that kind of building materials is for "temporary" use.

Today got a lady called me from dunno what mortgage services. Name is K...

She say will submit my doc to MBB , HLB and UOB. So far HLB revert and say can offer 80% loan only as they know developer giving 10% discount.

Then I ask her to submit for MBB and UOB see see lo can get 90% bo.

this is pre loan approval, normally will be lower. Wait until the actual Advertising Permit (AP) and Building Plan (BP) secured. Then Banks will be more confident to provide more loan as per quota allocated by their HQ.

bro, did the developer give us time limit when should we apply for the loan? as their AP and BP also yet to out. Somemore S&P also yet to sign.

Developer still not calling me yet. I wonder why they are not doing it at one go? Are they picking the more handsome guy first?

last time i go to submit the doc,SA said will sign S&P on Dec , the AP approved on next month...
