Btw, means that's the belakong station? Still think it's not so closed to SILK Residence though ... I thought it will be some where around the carvenzi there last time.

Yeah, the one is balakong mrt station, its about 2.5km only. If walking distance, new product will selling rm 500psft and above lor. Better than non rite?

U can choose other nearest one which is koperasI station, the one slightly bigger, got parking bay. The one i think is 3km away

I think that type of structure are building warehouse more like a condo/ residential.

Just my opinion as the materials use is mean for temporary or low rise building ( like the econsave wholesale warehouse)

Kindly recall me on their package...on dibs, s & p fee , and what other fees need to pay by owner?

Not sure for own use or invest later, coz not use to live in 1100ft2 layout

I had collected the rm5k deposit receipt from SA redi.

Same old story, AP by next month.
