This morning i noticed they going to build the barrier between the holy land and the construction site. I think they wanted to block the view before the construction begin ...

Btw, today i noticed just a few meters away, there are new construction site ... I saw them start constructing the barrier and also clear all the bushes and can see quite a big land there. Any idea what's that project? Seems like it's larger than SILK Residence site.

regarding the barrier, i noticed they had fabricated some reinforcement as the retaining wall for boundary. I dont think is part of structure for building ramp thing as piling not start yet. Because piling will caused vibration, not recommended to start any building structure now. But RC retaining wall can.

About the new construction site, i dont seem notice it anywhere near it. Any drill or map regarding that?

peri gor, you know the old VW service center before they moved to the new building? That old building also used to sell lights. It's just beside there. I saw quite a large area been cleared for some construction work.

ICIC, last week i go Bandar Tun Hussien Onn round round, saw a lot a lot new land being clear inside.

Bro, this also right next to SILK highway one. I mean the one i mentioned. It's just right below the Taman Tun Hussien Onn signage there. There is one empty space that just been cleared. And the land seems larger than SILK residence. I not sure if this will be a competitor for SILK Residence. Let me try to observe a few more days since i will pass by everyday

ok, will try focus to it when pass by again.

i think the price we secured from Silk Residence is unbeatable for the moment

Again, still hoping Balakong MRT will provide bus transit in future since this condo is along highway only

Hopefully bro ... finger crossed Coz if another condo going to build there, really cannot imagine if all these units can be digested or not ...
I also hope they have proper planning on the shuttle services. It will actually make the ppl lived there easier to commute to the nearest MRT station.

no choice, we cant be that selfish to stop any new development. just put it as a investment for your future generation. Who knows, maybe after 30 years, to get a 1100ft2 condo will require 1 million that time due to weak ringgit and material price escalation or even the worst, rich man speculation.

I had advised my boss since last 2 years to secure some land in balakong and BTHO, but they seem like have no hype with this area, now they regret coz land price escalated due to more and more residential development here.

Just wondering, how much is the current going price of land in that area? Can you please enlighten ah? TQ

She say will submit my doc to MBB , HLB and UOB. So far HLB revert and say can offer 80% loan only as they know developer giving 10% discount.

Then I ask her to submit for MBB and UOB see see lo can get 90% bo.
