Earlier i thought those garden was meant for duplex owner, but SA says its a sky lounge for resident



I went to gallery office to collect the receipt.

But one thing weird, when i ask about the Duplex layout, SA says still pending. Hmmmm, building layout not confirmed but wanting to get Building Approval from authority? No way. I presume BP will be out by next year only.

Sky lounge open to public or not?

Would be nice to dine up there!

Since this is service apartment, i hopes the developer will provide some catering service up there. Better no alcohol beverage allowed, if not, another case like a drunk mat saleh falls from top of the Marina Bay Hotel.

Facing silk mean facing pool right?

Me & frens total 20+ units for facing both

initially plan to flip but if this area got potential then i will keep it first. Maybe i will move in when i am retired.

What does FULL SERVICE condo means?

Guys, anyone can clarify what should we pay and what is free for us? as per my understanding..

Legal Fee for S&P
Purchase stamp duty

TO PAY
Legal fee for Housing Loan S&P
Housing Loan Stamp duty

the swimming pool actually facing the Bandar Tun Hussien Onn Terrace. I think there are only 1 Garden unit facing BTHO because of the pool.

Facing club house mean facing pool?

I just realized, since when this got club house? sounds so premium
maybe those not tenant like office staffs below will need to assign as member to use it?

Facing highway = facing the gym aka club house

facing swimming pool = facing the Bandar Tun Hussien Onn Terrace House

Confusing. Then why WindWind list got facing silk & facing highway?

let me check, yup. 95% of us here bought those unit facing SILK higway. Only 5% which is one buyer here (idoidoido) bought some unit facing the other side which is facing Bandar Tun Hussien Onn Terrace.

he broke the 'silk highway' into 'silk' and 'highway'. . Funny man.
Actually he is not wrong, some facing silk and some facing highway = all facing silk highway. hahaha
