Bank called me, UOB 90% BLR-2.3%.
She say developer will get AP very soon. I have 7 days to accept this offer, anyone got the same thing here? |

Bank agent called (Ms K) said the OUB bank loan approved. BLR - 2.3%, Legal Fees and stamp duty financed into the loan but partially only. AP approved last week according to her.
