Bank called me, UOB 90% BLR-2.3%.
She say developer will get AP very soon. I have 7 days to accept this offer, anyone got the same thing here?

Try to nego 2.4 or at least 2.35

tell UOB, add in the minimum 5 years MRTA which cost less than rm 1300, i think they will give u -2.4%

I will choose UOB or RHB

They say if go for HLB can get 2.35 but 80% only.
For 2.4 @ UOB, they need me provide additional info like FD to appeal. I no put FD now. Not sure what else I can provide.
Can I just put in FD next week or too late? lol

Bank agent called (Ms K) said the OUB bank loan approved. BLR - 2.3%, Legal Fees and stamp duty financed into the loan but partially only. AP approved last week according to her.

according to Ms. K, if want to get better rate then need to show FD statement (from any bank) around RM 150K shakehead.gif
