the difference is u can OC on the z77 but not on the h77 but since ur not getting i7 3770K, u dont need a z77 board thumbup.gif

Asus p8h77-m PRO or p8h77-m/csm, i heard Asus has rubbish RMA service
the Gigabyte one is cheaper

4x4GB RAM consumes more power and takes all the RAM slots. I suggest you take 2x8GB instead.
