the "k" means its overclockable

n the net price for it?

I think for him if no gaming go for FX-8150, more cores almost same price

k means the proc has unlocked cpu multiplier which is highly overclockable..
a proc can easily hit 4.5 GHz where there is no way a non-k proc can reach..
a non-k proc can be overclock too but maybe just a few hundred mhz..

wat would u suggest other gc instedt of Leadtek Winfast GTS450 1GB DDR3 ?? n the price??

Z77 is more for overclock-able CPU like the k series...h77 will be more than enuf for u if u buy non-k CPU...

Yes. IMO , H77 are not worth to consider at all since the price difference is roughly 20-30 depending on brand .
