QUOTE(emmet13 @ Aug 24 2012, 08:15 PM) hello...this is my build..hope all sifu can suggest better spec u can consider to change to :casing : cm elite 311 -->make sure the shop quoted u the model with "Plus" one, with USB3.0 mobo : asus p8z77-m --> if I3 2100, i think better stick with B75 Chipset motherboard, save cost cpu : i3 2100 --> u check with shop, now i3-2100 eol and change to i3-2120. gpu : sapphire 6850 --> it is good if u still can found this at shop, if not then can consider 7770 psu : enermax naxn 500w --> ok one, another option is FSP HEXA 500W same price. ram : Gskill 4gb 1333mhz --> GSKILL TOP of the TOP, BEST of the BEST (Their Tshirt slogan !) hdd : 500gb --> go for WD 1T if budget allow. dvd : 22x dvdrw --> no comment. my budget is 2k Intel Core i5 3470 MSI B75MA-P45 Sapphire HD7770 Ghz Edition 1GB DDR5 it will still under RM2k |

QUOTE(zhen^wei @ Aug 24 2012, 10:53 PM) u can consider to change to : no need G.Skill RAMs la, unless the reseller getting good commision. Intel Core i5 3470 MSI B75MA-P45 Sapphire HD7770 Ghz Edition 1GB DDR5 it will still under RM2k not like G.Skill's tagline of 'GSKILL TOP of the TOP, BEST of the BEST' gives any benefit to him. I'll rather go for kinggy value rams that comes with lifetime warranty. AssToast build looks good. This post has been edited by TechnoG: Aug 24 2012, 11:10 PM |

oops i did not see this thread so i just reqoute what i have asked on my own personal thread
QUOTE(SilverCrimz @ Aug 25 2012, 02:27 AM) My intended budget is about 3k but hopefully less. Main objective is to be able to play games like sleeping dogs, gw2 and other future games. I don't plan to oc and i might do some video rendering as i do record videos and 3d rendering. Thanks in advance sifu Old rig is giving out. Actually i would've still stick to it at least untill i can fork out a much higher budget but recently it has been suddenly crash out on same games namely sleeping dogs. Game will hang mid way and then it will restart by itself. Really not sure is it a hdd issue or the gc issue. Nonetheless it has been giving out signs that it is time for a new rig already hence 3k budget and even that is still kinda steep for me but i guess i'll try to manage. Thanks in advance for upcoming suggestions This post has been edited by SilverCrimz: Aug 25 2012, 02:39 AM |
