think gold has less rebate. i could be wrong.

for enrich and air asia big points, you convert using the pts u earn (6000TBP = 1000 Enrich)

rebate is automatic (will see in statement) but single transaction only and has a cap depending on card type, so not necessarily 100%.

if my monthly spending less than 1k, why not i use OCBC titanium which give me 1% on all other spending

not everyone can get ocbc titanium.

it's been awhile since they sms me saying that my card has been approved and send out, wondering if I'm still eligible for the 100% rebate.

Any alliance bank credit card officer here? Wanna apply, send via their website and I got a call saying will check on my eligibility and never got back to me. Geez

Call CS again and tell them what you mentioned above and they well get someone to call you. And this time take down the name and contact number of the person that called you.
