agree...the main pro is low spending for annual fee waiver...2% rebate upon 2550 per month...unlimited entry to lounge at klia...

my main usage will still be amex for weekend and 5x tp...this card will be for heavy purchase and oversea transactions.

I am not able to open the T&C.

The calculation of the 2% rebate, is it unlimited? the 2% is inclusive of the first RM2550?

add: found the answer. it is tier based sad.gif

from my understanding not inclusive...2% starts from rm2551-5000. no rebate after passing the rm5k mark.

This card is good for any insu premium and retail purchase besides utilities/petrol/grocery. The evergreen bonus point is timeless. As for the cashback, it's on tier basic, eg, i got a cashback $65.05 for spending of $4754.58, and the bonus point still accumulating.

nice to hear...something is better than nothing.

CS told me it has been pre-approved now evaluating my documents. Will update on the cash back promo once i get the card.

@raul - any chance your insurance is under AIA/ING?My policy originally under ING (Now AIA) has the 12 months installment thingy on my parent's HLB card. Thinking to take out and pay via Alliance Platinum for cashback.

i pay my monthly prudential ILP premium via this card ever since... for my yearly GE premium,i use OCBC GE card.
Tipsy: Spend wisely and better control under RM5K/motnh for this card.... and any petrol transaction doesn't come with the bonus point.

That's only 1.37% Cash back blush.gif blink.gif
That's quite a higher insurance you pay every month...or is that yearly ?
If it's yearly premium, you should consider AEON WATAMI which offers 3% Cash Back
