I double confirm it.... The Cashback is calculated based on Statement Balance and credited on "Statement Date+1"

Just submitted my application for the younique at branch... but forgot to ask them how can I personalize the card. Anyone know when to personalize the card?

So I must upload the image first? Was not informed by the staff when I submit my application!

submit first also ok ... how I did it :

1) submit application at bank
2) create online then after submit select the last option (i think - better confirm with your banker)
3) after 1 2 weeks u SHOULD recieve an sms with a code, if not (like my case) need call them to ask
4) Give the code to your banker or who took your CC application
5) wait another 1 2 weeks for your card ...

not fast but worth it ... i wanted to use the meme SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY (if u know 9gag) but scare they reject haha ... in the end use 1 cute baby photo and write there SMILE ABIT CAN AH hope can make some amoi happy ... LOL ... but so far no1 even notice the card everytime i swipe hahahahahaha

Thanks... the card just got approved today. I quickly call the CS and told them that I haven't submit the design. Then the CS said will put a note there in the system to wait for me to upload the card design. Not sure if it will work or not.

arghghhhh should read this first ... just only paid my bills online =.= y so short 6 days only zzz

The code is the activation code?

the code is your design code for bank trace your design in your card.

normally you make the design and wait for the ref code , and attach your application together.

Hmm... but at the design submission page, I see the option for submitted application. But I still haven't receive the code.

For my case, it took 3 working days to approve the design and sms me the code

took me 2 weeks ... they promise 4-10 working days if i'm not wrong ... asalkan max 10 working days

is better you submit your form with your design ref id together.

do you really trust cust service.

lyn forumer alliance card knowledge is still better than cs. lol.
