Any idea can sync facebook contact with the contacts we have in phone book. ? I want those contacts which they have facebook to link with contact in phone . So that those contacts can have the display picture as in facebook. I have figured how to since day one  but failed. I do not know how but few contacts they do link to their FB and have that display picture on them .

actually i dont have such problem here since day1. do you use custom dialler/sms app?

try install root through cf root and flash wanamlite 2.2, dont worry about your apps and data because nowipe

nope.. using given dialer.
if normal clear data, on off phone still cant fix, i might try that.

Try find badge provider app in application. Clear that too.

dont bother using the current line app, its causing phone to awake every few minute. draining the battery madly. wait for the next version of line. 

get whatsapp or fb chat?

current line app works perfectly on WIFI, no battery draining, slept at 99% woke up 8 hours later still with 95% battery with sms,whatsappp,line,fb,emails,insta notification coming in.

am using whatsapp/fb chat/viber/wechat/talkbox happily. but i do need line for some purpose. or else i wont be "fussing" all over other forums and here. i will stop asking here. hopefully, HOPEFULLY, new version LINE will fix this.

I saw my friend using Note have this problem, but he don't have line installed.

ic... maybe conflicting with other apps.

LINE 3.1.1, updated. NO FIX on FAIL usage on MOBILE DATA.

I think im going crazy, i check for updates everyday for LINE.

The 580 patent (5,883,580) which relates to “selective call messaging devices that process messages logically for a user in the context of space and time.” It appears Motorola is claiming the iPhone 4 and 4S infringe upon this patent due to the location reminders function.

The 047 patent (5,922,047) which describes a “control apparatus…for control over a plurality of media applications including telephony, video conferencing, analog video, digital video, and AC power line signaling.” Motorola is claiming every iPad and iPhone device infringes on this patent.

The 002 patent (6,425,002) involves “message manager programs for accepting and dispatching messages, one or more application programs for handling and presenting messages; and one or more message client programs that receive messages from the message manager program and provides them to the application program. The message manager program accepts a registration from each message client program and sets rules, and message attributes to which the rules are to be applied for new messages.”

The 370 patent (6,983,370) covers systems that enable continuity between messaging clients on multiple devices, which would seem to cover any application that keeps messages synced between devices. All Apple devices except the iPod line and Apple TV are allegedly violating this patent.

The 673 patent (6,493,673) describes a method of providing interaction with a communications device using audible user input, which is converted into a text string.
