Titanium backup -> flash stock ROM -> Download Titanium backup -> Restore.
Will this restore what I have backed up after i flash stock ROM?

Updated to latest firmware. BLG 1. Isn't it BLG 9 is the latest? Why its like I see some ppl might have different updates .some with BLH 1. What difference ? Mind to explain to me please.
