GPS + 3G + screen = killer

Followed by display. According to CPUspy, my CPU has been constantly running around 1400MHz and it fluctuates between 800 ~ 1400

Anyone seeing the same issue, after my phone updated to latest firmware from samsung offical release.. now every time i get a call .. or make a call .. my phone app crashes with the error; Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped.

Tried unsync all as advised in other forum but not working so far, my phone is like tablet function only, can't make and receive call without crashing now. PLease help....

Damn, I still can't solve my partial wakelock issue. Audio_out seems to be causing the most problems and I already disabled touch sound and screen unlock.

Didn't notice any battery issue cause i don't care about it smartphone use more battery ....but i use MIFI if i went out .... so my S3 always on GSM mode. 

As fprm RAM i did't do anything or install any taskmgr.

But when i used antutu to test.

Fresh boot with clear memory and end task it score 8000 to 9000.

If i leave it few hour later without clearing ram or task it score 12800 most of the time.

I am not sure if i can clonclude that let the system manage it resource better....

hi to all sifu, my phone is currently rooted with cf-root, but i dint use any custom rom..i would like to ask..if in the future, when jelly bean is officially available for s3, am i still able to straight away download from kies??...if yes, after upgrading to jelly bean, will the cf-root still be there???

It took me 1 yr to kong my old phone batt.... At least 10 times overcharge overnight, unintentionally. Then charge my phone at least2 times per day, one in office, then home.

By then my phone cannot charge till 100%, and phone shutdown at 80% no matter what I do include clean batt stat.

It's too late coz no more warranty.... What todo... Live with it till S3 came and here Kam. Old phone give baby to play.

Not really plays, as in games. I just loaded with lots of baby nursery videos. Let her hold the phone and watch or listen  Morning and when I am tired.... She just turn the phone around and start chewing it XD

tips:

1. don't store music and videos on your smartphone. instead use bubbleupnp to stream them via wireless from elsewhere like your NAS or PC which have way more storage space.

3. map navigation software like sygic and papago use a lot of space to store the maps on the phone. so if your planning on installing lots of their maps then yes of course you will need to offload to the external sd. however if you only install map for malaysia only, then there isn't really any need to.
