QUOTE(grunge @ May 3 2008, 08:00 PM) Hi FYI, for all you guys going for an interview, they no longer will ask you to elaborate on topics like prison, national park and etc. Its multiple choice now. 4 topics, choose 1. Quite hard tho IMO. Hope this helps. yeah but thts better la..rather than stuck when know nothing on 1 topic uhuhuhu..

QUOTE(justin_nys @ Apr 23 2008, 04:00 PM) I'm afraid Degree is the minimum requirement these days... Base on my experience and observation, only some recruitment/outsourcing company accepts anything below degree which the job is contract base.. bro, u working for Kerang now ah? cheyrl08, my company (MNC) looking for new staff (no need degree but exec pay). tough, fast-paced, challenging, logistics industry... interested? hehehehe... QUOTE(kevler @ Jul 5 2008, 02:08 PM) anybody able to tell me how is the outsourcing transition going in SHELL now ? Salaries are mostly the same, some got raises. Benefits are almost exactly the same. Lots of sign on bonuses for some people but I think they cap it at RM50k or RM75k total, can't remember which I think for the next 6-12 months or so there won't be major changes. I personally am looking forward to it, Shell seems too complacent for me.

U just wait and see what happening later . frankly speaking , dont like to see HP takeover other company , for their sake of survival (in terms of customers, which EDS had now ) business is always business This post has been edited by kevler: Jul 6 2008, 01:39 AM
