Also I doubt that they will relocate SITI anywhere within the 1st year of outsourcing, far too many changes at the same time.
so there is a possibility of dismissal due to redundancy then, as you have mentioned on that compensation thingy. well i have spoken to HR on some issues about outsourcing,but like any other companies HR , i don't think they will disclose "everything" you need to know..hehee
