Has anyone movedin to Solace? Any comments about the water pressure? I am on the mid floor and I find the water flow to be very slow.

No leh. Everything works except pressure not strong.

I am on the 14th floor. If I close the balcony door n draw the curtains, I hear slight muffled noise, except of course during eves of festive seasons then the noise is audible, but we enjoyed the merriment too.

We were renovating our unit and we asked ph if we could see his unit. He curtly said 'no'. Most Unfriendly. Worried they stay in and monitor who's in and who's out cos some of us use units as holiday stayovers only.

Someone had posted phs renting 13th & 14th floors. My unit is on one of them. We did ask the guards and were told these fellas drive diff cars coming and going. Guards are aware of their presence.

Btw owners please note that the doors from the carparks leading to the lifts do not close securely unless u push it hard to close. If u just let it go, it does not lock.

Don't mind paying if they maintain the place well. So many complaints on Solace not attended to. Very disappointed.

Solace carpark very narrow, most floors u can see the corners kena broken. My husband's car always scrape the corner cos if there's a car parked across the ramp up there is little space left for a big car to turn.

Barrier not working still not repaired. Door to liftfr carpark also doesn't lock so anyone can just go in. Very bad maintenance.

14th floor.

Within my family we have 3G fr the 3 telcos of maxis, celcom and Digi. All 3 also limited accessibility. Different corners of the apt have fair receptions for the diff telcos. I am in R3 level 14.
