Dusty sure got one, since ur unit facing LDP, which is multi lanes and busy most of the time. I don't think the management would allow you to cover the balcony with glasses and extend your living hall. Maybe you can try, or else install double glazed glasses and invisible grill which helps a lot.

Anyone know for sure, Setiawalk Service Apartment, the electric and water bills are under commercial rate or residential rate now?

It's kinda funny people talking about floods & SW price falling. It's kinda funny when people still go to shopping malls when the traffic jam is horrendous. It's kinda funny when people queued up buying 4 digits although they know its a game of chance. It's so happening area even when the 4 digits shops are located in some stinking road. last sat went sw around 830pm, already jam all the way til U turn there, after i finish my movie at 1130, the jam is still there, wonder why..perhaps the trial parking is slowing pp going in?

There is a gym room in Solace.

The parking at retail under ground was really inconvenience and little troublesome, so, it just requires a few cars entry can cause a slow down and found jam pack.

@ibbrio, i assume your nick stands for 'i bought brio'? . Have you collected your keys? They will bring a pail to fill water and pour at balcony. If the supervisor did not do that you should insist. The supervisor who checked with me that day was very proactive, he list down many defects which i did not notice. Regarding the louver door at yard, only type D 1+1 units using these, others using normal doors. Louver type better for ventilation but hassle to clean. I just randomly knck around wall and floor tiles. The view from Brio entrance is not as bad as imagined, but still can be improved. The Skybar looks cool and very nicely done, at least some decent view from swimming pool. Can dry your clothes at balcony lar, everyone in Solace also doing that. Else buy a dryer la.
