I wonder if by 1 sept, this high ping is not rectified, can we terminate the service without paying the termination fee?

I feel so cheated moving to Maxis and finding my previous 4MB streamyx does a much much better job in gaming than here..

Well I have to admit that the ping real bad for Maxis FTTH atm. I can't even play Dota properly !! By the way bro you're paying more or lesser compare with 4MB Streamyx and 10MB Maxis FTTH?

Only Internet LED indicator turns red but i do notice my dl speed max now at 7Mbps+.

Do they capped direct download or just torrent?

as mentioned by maxis, they are doing maintenance at 31/8 and already rectified the ping latency issues having for gamers which the maintenance will overcome the latency problem, Pray

I'm paying more compared to my 4MB line. Got it at RM88 during the student promotion but the price remains even if i'm not a student anymore. yeahhh! my Dota 2, averaging at 350 ms.. it is soooo irrritating..

you can't compare this maxis ftth 10 mbps to ur streamyx 4mbps... u know why? bcoz it's worst than streamyx 1mbps, period.

well,maxis say so.they already know what the problem is and need to do the major maintenance on 31/8 and we can test on 1/9 then see how

if not shouting again to them and maybe report to SKMM? how reliable is SKMM?

And I have a stupid question:

My 1st month bill (not the RM0 bill, is the real service started one) last month don't have VOIP bill(perhaps not yet start the billing system for VOIP that time).
Then now the 2nd month bills I received yesterday got the VOIP bill in another letter(envelope).
Now FTTH bill is RM119.75 and VOIP bill is RM0.25.
Can I pay 2 bills in total of RM120? Or I need to pay for separately according to each bill(of course I mean in one shot)?

Ping is now back to normal on BF3.
Not sure about Dota 2, haven't tried yet.

Each of the Internet bill and Voice bill has different Maxis Account Numbers. Thus you need to pay to each account number.

how come i only saw the broadband bill on myaccount.maxis.net.my? then how to pay the voice bill online? TQ

Yep better ping to Singapore server... previously above 300ms... now around 80-150ms..

By the way... regarding Maxis IPTV... the broadband package more resembles TIMEdotcom broadband package especially on the free boost part. Do Astro used TIME broadband instead of Maxis?
