Personally I think the developer is selling at current price, for example A2 40x75 2685sqft, A3 40x80, approx 3000 sqft, about 10 additionalfor A3 compare to A2, so approximate resale A2 950k +10% 1045k, so new buyer pay a little extta for the clubhouse, pool, lake, and etc sounds reasonable for me

If you really keen in getting a unit, why wait till Sunday? From my understanding, its already open for sale, if wait for sunday official launch, there should be a lot of ppl, and you might not get a unit or definately will not get your choice unit

Those renovate kau kau one are corner units, normal units extend belakang boleh la.

I wonder all the Anggun2 owners have approval to extend or not? Next time they want to sell got problem? If they tell the bank about the extension, want to get higher valuation, will bank check for the title?

1) Individual title - more lenient, can extend kao2, no one can force you to pay maintanance fees (disadvantage) thus so,e place G&G are very run down.

2) Individual Strata title - cannot extend, even you r on corner lot, there is some restriction on it, you must pay for maintenance fees, thus your place should be well maintenance because everyone must pay it..
