If one only eligible for 70% loan, should he go for dibs or non dibs and 4% rebate? Bear in mind that this project need 3 years to be completed.

just get out from the sales office, 2 sty left 2 corner with odd size land, about 950k, 3sty left about 10. 30k discount no more.

Sometimes 2sty corner is less crowded than intermediate semiD. I don't understand why they sell Anggun2 2sty so cheap until walk-in buyers totally no chance to book a unit.
