I went there before. But that time master plan for anggun 3 not up. Ya, i think its normal, but will probably try to get a house at least 100 meter from mosque of surau, iwk and 50 metre from apartments.Actually I am down to anggun 3 and another project. Its either anggun or tis other project. But 1 bad point is I can smell curry powder from traffic light entrance in main road to anggun. And till opposite side iwk near caltex can smell also. But before jusco smell no more.

So is smelling curry powder according to you everyday is bad? I still choosing anggun til tis point bcoz the other project ceilling is confirm to be below 11 ft. I will go there middle of january to view master plan.

Z1000, personal opinion, why you want to wait for Anggun 3, just go for Anggun 1 or Anggun 2 due to the location issue, and I think Anggun 3 price also won't be cheaper than Anggun 1 & 2. People selling at RM800K+, maybe you can bargin for better price.

I meet a Anggun 2 owner last week when I was there to do curtain measurement, he told me his few friend also bought Anggun2, and all they prepare for own stay, will not sell even price above 1Mil, due to so convenience to go Jusco, McD & the coming soon Mall, just walk distance less than 5 minute time.

Agreed that Anggun 1 & 2 are better in terms of location.
Anggun 3's Semi D will not be cheaper than 1 million i think, with the club house and better facade.
So conclusion, Anggun 2 will be more value for money buy if it is below 900K. I hope Anggun 1+2 to have full occupancy when Anggun 3 VPed.

U have to chasing them.

How many Anggun 2 owner here start renovation? I been told by management office, we have to go MPS to get the renovation plan, then only can start.

hi im new here. looking forward to future developments in rawang.im interested in lakepark clubhome rawang as the idea of 5 star resort and garden living really enlighten me up. its 650k intermediate bumi lot.is it worth to buy with a leasehold tenure status?

If u r bumi and plan for own stay no issue.
If u plan for investment, u will only able to sell to bumi when it comes to subsales.
Btw, there is a special thread for clubhse park home.

I like the Anngun/ Emerald enclave better than the Rawang old town area. Plus this enclave is closed to highway, make the traveling to KL easy.

A lot of talks on Anggun 1,2 &3. Any comment on Anggun City, a 3 story shop next to Jusco and 24hr drive-in McDonald. selling 2mil each. Video Clips four your viewing.

What is your call for Anggun City? The 3 story shop lot that is next to Jusco and 24hrs McDonald. I am thinking of investing one unit. The asking price is about 2mil each.
