sorry semenyih guys, i have to say this: semenyih is currently in bullshit status. but i am buying solely due to sp setia.

last frontier to grab decent landed from a track record proven big shot developer which still within vicinity of selangor and at affordable price yet bundle with strong hopes that MRT line 2 will continue extended from kajang to semenyih.

we dont hire in house marketing executive, u know lah, those leng lui marketing agents very hard to maintain. Will lower our office performance. So we offer en-bloc to exclusive agents. If u wanna get the 2% commission, must make sure u have serious and ready buyer.

Those exclusive agents really know how to poke each other. When come to commission part, no mercy will be spare. True story.

Okay... just keep me in a loop for project details..
Maybe i can get additional 2% rebates if im the buyer..
