I googled.mostly everything is related to this:

"Tunku Abdul Rahman College Alumni Association, or TARCian Alumni Association"

nothing much about it, i noticed some forumer saying Setia Alam and Eco Park is doing and improving well from time to time which will be beneficial to this Setia Eco Hill later.

Just to share that i dealing with Setia Alam team and Eco Park team, i met a lot TARCIANS. Nothing fancy about it, just a thought which pop out from me.
