But, Phase 1-4 is tricky, requires long holding power if to enter. I dunno, it is just my consideration bcz Eco Hills is entirely by SPS and this is 1800+ acres of land, a very very long way project.

UFO boss, if hampalang sapu the units sampai pocket kosong then habislah, mana ada pocket cover the holding period ( after VP ) installments.

The masterplan is as good as Bdr Setia Alam, albeit much modern and newer structure but such huge township, if one can hold, sure reap profit. Early buyers of Bdr Setia almost 8-10 years didnt get huge profit immediately after profit. Poor me, tarak pocket to hold 5 years.

I aim for next year launches or any future launches tat will VP after they complete their commercials.

Will it offer the DIBS package for Ecohill like SA before once launched? Heard that they oredi stop this kind of package in recent release in SA?
