I believe in the last 2 yrs, > 50% of new projects selling price hv been revised, 10%-50% fr original targeted price. Somehow developer has ways to convince the authority to approve the new selling price. Sigh!

You dun have to convince the authority as the price registered to KPKT is ALWAYS much more expensive these days.

Overnight? No need la. First time buy SPS product? Balloting one -- all inform by SMS. Physically no need to be present unless you want to KPC. Otherwise end up like Rimbayu; jam, cannot find parking, no place to sit, etc. Better still got big cable inside SPS, before ballot already secured unit.

The bypass should be coming out in front of traffic light near Tesco Semenyih...

Was being told this morning, they try to arrange for bank draft & registration by early May and ballot a week later.

Hmm, AMINT Kor, between, all the while, since last year I was being told by SPS, that they will launch the residentials in 2013, the earliest I ever heard was suppose on March 2013. Only bungalow lots were sold last year.

I wouldnt say that. I would say that it is a "lousy place but branded developer and need time before i can dispose to make handsome profit later on" project.
