1.Thanks,i'm a bit worried about issue no.1 since i feel that the car is really unstable during high speed with the loose steering feeling. Am gonna take the car to a tyre shop tomorrow and have them do the alignment+balancing and see whether the issue is resolved

Bro, if you want improve FC, suggest dont soundproof the whole car.. soundproof back and front to eliminate tyre noise and hood... The reason is Soundproofing material is damn heavy, and if whole car... FC sure increase...

If you planning to take carbon fibre hood.. take extra care =S Our weather not Carbon Fibre Friendly, Unless u always park indoors..

Give a try by not using de translation n c if it help..

Mine 90% city 10% up/down hill only can get 300km +50km dte. Pump caltex..pump petronas all same..shell even worst..btw my car odo 3000km

Anyone here experience that the rattling sound coming somewhere behind the driver seat when passing the uneven road? Like something not fit nicely or loose out. Neither from the dashboard nor seat belt.

I'm a proud owner of forte 2.0 sx one month ago. A few friends also thought that the car is above RM100K with the cool design and full specs. It's really great value for money. Just travelled to/fro Taiping/Ipoh this week. Good ride though out the trip

Well, I think I'm older than both of you Elantra is more sporty and I think is more for younger ppl. I prefer my forte more I can't keep my eye from it

Though during raya period when i go to family houses i got alot of typical questions "why dont buy city or vios? Korea car tak elok.." I just smile. Wont waste my time explaining. I do have 2006 Accord at home

I have just sent my car for 1st 1km service at CSL. Normal service with changing of oil etc.. Those guys there looked young to me. Anyway, I intend to go to another sc for my next at 10km maybe setapak sc.

I can see more hyundai/kia cars now, esp Forte Hope the resale value will improve in the next few years. Right now, enjoying my driving experience.

I think the 'clutch' sound only happened when the car is on sloppy or uneven road. My house where I park my car is not on flat road. So when moving forward or reverse, there is always this 'clutch' sound when i shift from P to D or R. Doesn't like the sound coz I thought might damage the gearbox somehow. Had my first 1KM service at CSL last Thursday. SC said it's normal when shifting gear on slopping road.

Added on August 25, 2012, 2:47 pmNot surprising Clear white is the most popular color for forte. I'm sure it's the same for 2.0 sx. Clear white is my 1st choice but after 2nd thought went for T. Silver. Less headache with cleaning & maintain.

the car is 2010 launched right? i'm still having doubts should i place my bets on forte since its already 2years old? its RM97k not just rm97.. especially to all those who has just gotten the new 'baby' recently, do you guys have that feeling "Aiyah, should have waitted abit more, theres K3 coming out.."

I had actually wanted the titanium silver,but for that colour it has a long waiting period. That's why i got my clear white,i think it looks bigger and i got it in only 4 days
