Keep this in your cars at all times. If ure stopped and the policeman wasnt visible i guess this gives you grounds to argue. Works especially for those hidden speed traps.

I am going to travel from Penang to Melaka soon. I am just wondering is the AES in N9 and Melaka Functioning? Or only in Perak, Selangor, and KL?

so far only the one at Kajang/Bangi still there & functioning. N9 & Melaka so far not there yet....

but when approaching the camera area, better be aware lor, who know it pop up like mushroom biggrin.gif

the purpose is speed traps is to warn drivers of dangerous locations to slow down not a cash cow for the gov.

They should install AES at a place normally accident happened, they sure know base on statistic accident report

But they install AES here just to summon ppl

I wonder, will the rate of accident reduce after imposing these aes at various places

i'm guessing summon rate will increase but so will accidents.

Just got one the other day. I think it's the mobile one. KM6.2 KL-Seremban highway. Speed limit 80km/h. Was driving at 94km/h apparently. So, is it true that speed traps can only be placed if they give prior warning to drivers notifying them of speed traps? If that's the case, it could prevent a lot of summons. hmm.gif

KL-Seremban highway got meh? I don't notice any AES everytime I drive on that highway also.
Summore you drive at 94 km/h also kena, I normally drive at 110 km/h +- constant nia =_=
