Signed all documents yesterday, took me slightly more than an hour to get it done, never know leasehold property have so much docs. Saw the maintenance charges reflected, confirmed RM0.20. I was shown the parking lot plan as well, mine is at Level 2. Now have to wait for stamping, was told most likely it will be ready a month later. I thought it should be 7k++ if 30-35% discount given. Btw, which is ur S&P Lawyer? S&Co, K&Partners or AM??? KR2 now have 2 new S&P lawyers. 50 units each.
