Got mine approved by HLB & MBB already, is it too much if I waited for Ambank too?

MRTA is not compulsory during S&P signing right? Considering whether to get from bank or externally.

Signed all documents yesterday, took me slightly more than an hour to get it done, never know leasehold property have so much docs. sweat.gif

Saw the maintenance charges reflected, confirmed RM0.20. I was shown the parking lot plan as well, mine is at Level 2. Now have to wait for stamping, was told most likely it will be ready a month later.

RM 522k loan and 8k+++ legal fee is quite exp. I thought it should be 7k++ if 30-35% discount given.

Btw, which is ur S&P Lawyer? S&Co, K&Partners or AM???

KR2 now have 2 new S&P lawyers. 50 units each.

Yes, mine is Tower 1 type C. Frankly I'm quite happy with level 2 or level 1, imagine the number of rounds you need to make before reaching ground floor from level 5. rclxub.gif

What ? Tower 1 type C high floor gets level 2 ? Tak masuk akal. I don't know how they do planning. Maybe they give priority to those got "cable" ?

And you consider it "quite happy" ? I don't understand .....

Punishing people who spend more money and rewarding people who pay less money. Big time screw up ! Phew !

What I saw from the plan, it was shown L2 (Level 2). Anyone else signed S&P can share more insight on which level your parking allocation is?
