did you get the 15% topup bonus?

if no, make an international call to Google USA, then on your next topup, you would be rewarded with 15% of the amt you topup, max out at rm15 bonus/mth

its rm38 for 1GB data and call rate of 15cents to all telcos........sure no missed call or no internet case as XOX is riding on celcom's extensive network.

Took me awhile to understand.
I submitted my report last week, the only reply I get the report is received. I stop missing calls though.

Added on November 28, 2012, 8:29 pmAlright, I got the answer from the support already. Due to further investigation, my area, MMU Malacca, does not have uMobile tower, so they're using Maxis tower, in the agreement doing so, uMobile only allowed to use one data(?) at a time, as in, when you're on 3G/H+ network, you won't be able to receive calls, SMS but you can only surf internet. If you need to receive call, you have to turn off data plan, even better choose 2G line only. In conclusion, only use data plan when needed.

seriously? that is their official answer? can't believe that is their agreement. this thing should be seamless.

Its True, either its Voice on 2G or Highspeed Data (HSPA+) at any one time no 2 in one when roaming on Maxis Network..........but soon it will be seamless as its still in its infancy stage.......give them abt 3mths, all would be fine then....

it is just like the international roaming issue

after customer service, call center, internal marketing support different answer, their CEO mention, there is no international roaming for PREPAID sim

the answer from different departments are, auto roaming, need to register over the counter ... call to call center to activate ... bla bla bla

Anyone here subscribed MB68/128 broadband plan? Did you take the mifi modem together (rm250) or you buy another mifi device?

Thanks for sharing.

hi guys, wanna ask something... currently I'm on U28 plan, any of you experiencing any problem with receiving international sms? Ever since i switched to UMobile, i cant receive my company's VPN token anymore, not sure why..

Also, the partnership domestic roaming with Maxis, it's automatic, or is there any settings to enable it? Kinda funny, last week i went genting, i get only 2G, not even 2.5G, but a friend of mine says genting, maxis has 3G there
