Any users experiencing very slow internet or in fact cant even use at all in indoor area, especially inside shopping mall or inside building? I cant even send any wechat or whatsapp msg in indoor area although it has full bar 3G signal. 

Can you specify the malls/building u went?
Im sure not all the malls having the issue.
Maybe some of the forumers went there before and give their opinions...

Guys i got another question..i jist switch to umobile and sub to umi48..and then i got this one problem when in my way to kuantan i cant access mobile data and it said need data roaming..if i choose data roaming will there be credit deduct?thanks in advance~

so far not having any problem inside any mall unless inside some CINEMA,

Umobile roams to Maxis network automatically whenever there's no umobile coverage. So coverage wise, umobile is as good as Maxis. Only thing is data speeds are limited to 1mbps (I think) when roaming on Maxis network.

hi, i already enable roaming function at my phone, but why i still cannot get internet connection for umobile when i was at Genting Highland?

roaming speed just enough for simple whatsapp texting, surely no surfing or youtube, even whatsapp is not available ?

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will be conducting the Internet Users Survey 2013 to collect data related to usage of Internet.

This effort is part of MCMC research regarding Internet usage in Malaysia. The findings of these surveys are expected to improve SKMM’s Internet and ICT programs and also improve the performance of the Communications and Multimedia industry in the country.

The survey will be conducted entirely by phone from the MCMC CATI Centre, Kuala Lumpur, commencing 19 October 2013 to 31 December 2013. Data collection will be done from 9:00 am to 4:45 pm daily including Saturdays and Sundays except Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur/Selangor public holidays. Survey completion and/or extensions will be announced in the MCMC website: www.skmm.gov.my.

Please be advised the purpose of this study is for data collection. No money will be collected nor sales solicited. Respondents are randomly selected by computer, based on telephone numbers.
