i have been using umobile since June (postpaid 1GB rm28/mth)
the internet line in some area very slow. (Midvalley and Genting Highland no signal at all)

And I realize that i cannot received any call or SMS from Maxis/hotlink/celcom user (most of my friend using digi, so i did not realize until these few days, after my sem break back to college, many of my friends told me that why I didnt reply thier SMS, and cannot even call me)
when i just switch to umobile few days ago, already have such problem, and i though the area no line thats why i thought maybe i can received it after i go to other area.. but no at all..

I called customer service, they told me my account got no problem at all.. ask me to go to the service centre check for it..
in the end, i decided change back to hotlink...

i used umobile for 4 months, and I will never use umobile again!
