Is there setting for that? I didn't request for e-statement also. Last time I apply through CS. Maybe she help me check the e-statement setting.

If you can view your e-statement, means it is set. For those with paper statement, cant view it.

Funny coz I can view e-statement AND i'm getting paper bills monthly

I can confirm that if you click Perkhidmatan Online at http://ocps.mpsj.gov.my/cms/index.jsp to pay the tax, you'll get 5%
but last yr when i tried online, AMEX not accepted, ended up paid at the kiosk

Pretty sure Coz I don't have maybank savings account. I just apply for this CC only. So I ask them got anyway I can track my transactions online or not, then they create the m2u for me ... So that's how i get the e-statement and paper bill together

Maybe you can try clicking accept. There is a button for you to click for request paper statement.

Try it and let us know whether the paper statement still come when you change to e-statement.

It wasn't there 2-3 weeks ago when I receive the physical bill... Good to see MPSJ online have updated with 5%

When I select the payment, it goes to Maybank's Payment Gateway... AMEX logo is shown BUT I'm waiting to pay next month (Aug)

Now, the Bank prefer us to use e- statement (paperless) they said was effectively to save cost, save time, save the Forest & save the Earth..
Once U Sign-up online banking they won't sent u Paper statement anymore unless on special request .

For Myself, I got Citibank saving acc.& credit card, They just SMS to inform me that "they no longer sent out Paper statement, please check
your e-statement online next month" although I didn't request for e-statement services ...

I can confirm, once you've applied through other methods and pending, cannot use Maybankard centre already so I still have to wait maybe 2 weeks more. I'm surprised the service at Maybankard Centre 1U so polite though, considering the emails I've been getting for my application like got a bit problem one...

Those of us with OCBC can still use that rather than the VISA. Anyway its not to say 'no use' if can't pay with AMEX, its still 5% cash back and convenient to be done online rather than go to MPSJ.
