QUOTE(newly wed duck @ Oct 17 2012, 02:42 AM) hey guys, if i reduce modem wifi transmit power, will it free up some memory for the ram of the dir615? Nope, turn off service such as QOS, etc will free up some ram, and what version are your router using now?7.09? Added on October 17, 2012, 9:06 am QUOTE(Ahn3hn3h @ Oct 15 2012, 09:49 PM) Why does Malaysian BTUs do not have 1000mbps ports? TM do have 50mbps and 100mbps unifi package actually, if you are willing to pay anyway, just need to ask the right person No plans to offer anything beyond 100mbps for homes anytime soon ? QUOTE(Jeremy_John @ Dec 31 2012, 02:16 PM) ![]() So I manage to add the port mapping to LAN Port 2 of PPPOE for the HG655a and tried to connect 2 routers with different unifi accounts and it was successful but one big problem they both seems to be sharing the same speed of 5mbps... i did couple of speedtest together at the same time on both line and the result was around 2-3mbps for both router during the same time... so maybe they have limited the speed on the VLAN ID to the subscription speed but the VDSL status shows the attainable rate to be around 70Mbps+++ BTW: this is the warning i was talking about: ![]() |

QUOTE(Jeremy_John @ Jan 5 2013, 06:05 AM) Hypptv running on different VLAN which is with different speed profileIf you see your modem sync at 35Mbps Downstream /25 Mbps Upstream Hypptv is 10Mbps from 35 You can check by installing PRTG and set SNMP at your router and you can see total bandwidth used for each vlan Here one of the screenshot I've made to test HyppTV channel bandwidth, you can see the increase of bandwidth its due to changing from SD channel (Around 3Mbps) to HD channel » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by amirsubhi: Jan 5 2013, 10:05 PM |
