All three services had to be activated right? Can the two services (phone and  TV) be terminated? The price still the same? Eg: VIP5 149 still that price?

Why does Malaysian BTUs do not have 1000mbps ports?

No plans to offer anything beyond 100mbps for homes anytime soon ?
*
TM do have 50mbps and 100mbps unifi package actually, if you are willing to pay anyway, just need to ask the right person biggrin.gif

http://speedtest2.unifi.my

as for speedtest.net, I usually choose SG server..dont know why SG is better than some of server at kl

Brand Alcatel Lucent? Have you try changing power point? There's a possibility that your adapter kaput already as no light at all, maybe due to lightning?

Yes you can call cs indeed

So I manage to add the port mapping to LAN Port 2 of PPPOE for the HG655a and tried to connect 2 routers with different unifi accounts and it was successful but one big problem they both seems to be sharing the same speed of 5mbps... i did couple of speedtest together at the same time on both line and the result was around 2-3mbps for both router during the same time...
so maybe they have limited the speed on the VLAN ID to the subscription speed but the VDSL status shows the attainable rate to be around 70Mbps+++
BTW: this is the warning i was talking about:

My bet is VDSL port is assigned with 5M speed profile for HSI regardless the attainable rate are much higher

But then what abput the hypptv's dedicated 8mbps line for HD quality, also set to 5Mbps?  hmm.gif
*
Hypptv running on different VLAN which is with different speed profile

If you see your modem sync at 35Mbps Downstream /25 Mbps Upstream

Hypptv is 10Mbps from 35 biggrin.gif

You can check by installing PRTG and set SNMP at your router and you can see total bandwidth used for each vlan biggrin.gif

Here one of the screenshot I've made to test HyppTV channel bandwidth, you can see the increase of bandwidth its due to changing from SD channel (Around 3Mbps) to HD channel biggrin.gif
