Anyone know how to register to view online unifi account? I have existing account from my old streamyx but it says I have to register for unifi VIP account but after I enter my unifi login and password the site doesn't seems to work for me.

Also where can I access unifi wbmail?

Is it possible if I install another unifi to another place? Means that I have 2 unifi/home under 1 account. How about the contract? hmm.gif

I think its better to have a separate account??
So its easier if you want to terminate or do some other stuff

PS: Is it possible to use the set top box as a normal network player ? (DLNA)

My friend just installed unifi, they gave the new router, but now he's facing disconnection (no internet) few times every hour... always needs to restart the gain back connection.. Anything he can do?

my DIR-615 is still OK eventhough speed has dropped to around 8.6mbps only.

i used to download torrents movie files in a day. recently only , my torrent movies takes ages to complete. now already in the third day and a few movies just downloading a few kbytes.

i make a report to unifi and they told me to use speedtest with lan cable instead of wireless. i try with wireless but the status seem ok and download in small quantity 3.7kb

Please try with larger files (few hundred MB)....

And find a file with alot of seeders....
If you are desperate, find some game installers with BT downloads, legal and confirm got seeder

unifi speed all messed up now, bangi area. it's been 4 days. vip5 package. upload speed better than download. getting 0.2-2mbps DL , 3-8mbps UL. funny yet messed up. no reports on maintenance/upgrading in the area though.

you can call TM and they will give you the password. Make sure the person who calls is the registered owner as there is a verification process
