Hi guys, just want to ask, unifi the phone when calling to landlines is free right? Like unifi land line to another tm landline? Lets say i use unifi here in kl, i call an office in sabah, so no extra charge rite?

as long u call to TM fix line is free...

I wish to subscribe to Unifi VIP10. I do not want to use their router and I wish to change it to my own router for a wider wifi coverage and speed enhancement.

Can I actually change the router? Also, which router can be supported by unifi? I do not need the IpTV thou.

Some agent called me and suggested that I close my Unifi account that I've been using since April 2010 and re-apply again to get a 1 month free subscription... she said it's easy, the installer will just come and change the modem and the line should be up and running. MEHHH no thanks.

Maybe that number is not TM. Maybe Maxis?

Uh, should be in your bill. Mine is itemized to tell me every phone number called and charges.

Hmm, National Fixed could also be Time, Maxis, P1, etc etc

If its PDF, u should have an itemised billing. Try to request?

Most telco charges extra for paper bill and paper itemised billing only.

Can apply with agent also get 1 mth free. Reseller also can help you. U know who to look for if you need to apply unifi or streamyx
