Speed is awefully slow today.. Only 6mbps down and around 3mbps up..

My Unifi contract ended but the TV Set Top Box seems to be not working.
Can I just cancel my contract and later on install as new package?
Since now is 0 installation fee
I don't use my phoneline, so change of phone no is no problem.
