Hi guys, got a question.

Is it possible to use our Unifi account at other location? For example, I have a 20mbps unifi account for my house, can I use the account at another house as I have moved? The new house has a 5mbps Unifi account installed but I would prefer to use the currently unused 20mbps account smile.gif

Just wondering if i can just change the account in the modem to get a better speed. Or do i need to contact cs?

nope, diff port

This is actually possible and I have done it.

I have 2 Unifi accounts at home, VIP5 and VIP20.
I have tried using my VIP20 login on the VIP5 router and got connected; plus I ran a speedtest and got VIP20 speed.

How about both of the line is using the VIP 20 account, is this possible? Could you get both connected too? Or when one side is on, the other side is off?

The isp environment had changed dramatically since then. Now there's quite a few competitors either from wired or wireless isps.Let's hope TM feel the heat and upgrade our packages to compete accordingly smile.gif

Hi guys. Anyone staying in SS2?
I heard that the performance of Unifi and Maxis depends on the location..

So, how is the performance and stability of unifi in SS2?

Cheers smile.gif
