can't help u much , just call unifi customer service tell them u can't login , they'll reset the occ portal website password and give it to you

pay a visit to your nearest TMPoint


IMO,I don't think TM will open 100 Mbps package to the masses yet although they already have it but for business.Btw 100 Mbps is surely for FTTH only and VDSL should only can go till 30Mbps.


If your contract already end should be no problem.Just terminate your current account and open a new one using your brother OKU.Not sure need to pay termination fee or not if still in contract.

hey guys, my unifi black router have some problem with its ethernet port. 3 of the port is working fine but the last port have some issue. When the last port it's connected, it shows the yellow light, but there's no internet connection. I tried different laptop connected to the port but all fails to connect to internet. The other 3 ports is working fine, so whats the problem? But before the port problem happened, i have a lan cable installed in the ceiling connected to another floor of my house and the cable clip has broken. Does this affect the port?
And if I ask unifi to replace the router can i request for others? because im using a mac and the wireless connection always drop. One last question, do they know how to fix the broken cable clip? because it gonna be impossible to replace the cable in the ceiling.

they just already introduced it for UniFi,but only via TMPoint.

anyone got detail package for UniFi OKU?

just got my unifi installed, same l7 networks. according to the guy, which is very very friendly, hw said l7 default admin is operator. there's no 2nd layer

oh and i even got my ppoe login and hypptv login from him hahaa xD

he photostat the whole form give me, every details tahts not supposed to be disclosed i got.

i even got the btu login and the master pin

u bayar duit kopi ar..

coz i do non standard installation. i install 2nd floor. actual charge is rm 150. but contractor give me rm 50 can ad

what btu they give u ? the black one or the ALU
the occ one they send to u telling u the default password then , login to the occ to reset the pass to your desire ones

Hi guys, got a question.

Is it possible to use our Unifi account at other location? For example, I have a 20mbps unifi account for my house, can I use the account at another house as I have moved? The new house has a 5mbps Unifi account installed but I would prefer to use the currently unused 20mbps account

Just wondering if i can just change the account in the modem to get a better speed. Or do i need to contact cs?
