Hey guys,
Lately I realised that my QVOD download speed is tremendously slow (10kbps) which normaly can easily 100kbps...does TM cap the speed for downloading?
On top of that, just wondering is there any applications or ways to limit the speed of the user? As I found out that my housemate are all heavy user, this cause my net surfing problem too....thinking to upgrade to 10mbps but not sure whether does it bring any improvement thereafter...

Hi everybody, I'm contemplating to install UNIFI at my apartment. When my neighbour installed UNIFI, i manage to have a chat with the contractor. I asked him about the wiring and stuff. Specifically on how would they conceal the wire under the Standard installation. As per the website, the cables are suppose to run along the walls and enclosed in a casing called a ‘raceway'. I asked the contractor. He said under the standard installation, they only put using a clip/holder nailed to the wall. Using the 'raceway' will incur additional charges. Perhaps anyone could advice me on this matter? whether during installation, is it concealed in a 'raceway' or not? THanks,.  |

Since you complaint about the speed issue and people suggested you a method to try out go ahead lah. The point is to proof your downloading source host issue, not the services fault. |
