Remember folks:

"TM Unifi agen di tepi jalan dan agen yang pergi ke rumah anda BUKAN DARI TMpoint".

Just received the flyer from TMpoint.

Lots of complain from customers, usually these agent won't explain things in detail and just looking for maximum profit. Eg, customer subscribed to Business plan instead of home plan, high priced package, fiber cable not installed and secure properly, never explain about Streamyx / phone line termination etc. You're not dealing with TM staff.

However, there are still honest agent out there, like the one that came to my house last year. It's just be extra careful.

What modem are you using? If you are using the huawei you can reconfig the modem so that you can use any kind of router to dial UNIFI. I am using the RM47 TP Link 740N right now and my HyppTV is directly connected to the modem as well.

I applied through one of the agents that went door 2 door. But then, because my neighbour did not apply with them, their house (just next to me) is not listed in UniFi's coverage area...

What is the price range if to lay over the fibre wire from unifi box which is located at the back of house, then go over ceiling and then to the nearest bedroom?

They asked for RM315 which is considered as non-standard installation.

price is fine. you can get your own contractor to do it if you think the price is too high.

They should email you after account installation completion.

I also didn't ask for it and checked with Unifi help center. Need to wait 24 hours after installation since they can't find my detail. rclxub.gif
