Actually guys, not selling because I'm an investor. Planned to stay there actually but found and bought a bungalow lot at Kota Kemuning. Building the house straight away So....need the the cash to dump into the purchase. Don't want too much hutang lorrr.... But my husaband said sayang want to jual. Hi All. My question is not related to Alam Impian Pentas. I would like to ask if anybody knows which bank offers loan for land and house . Got loan for land already. Now looking for house loan. Would be better if I can merge the land loan together with the house loan. Can anybody help?
