QUOTE(AMINT @ Sep 2 2012, 01:51 PM) I don't have any other options at my disposal because Pentas will be my 3rd property. After some considerations, I think it might be making sense to go with MBSB. Interest rate wise, say that a Pentas with a tag price of RM800k will cost monthly installment of about RM600 higher from conventional bank. These days, property like Pentas is a rare species due to reasonable price per sq.ft compared to other township developments. My impression is that AI will have potential to grow in the near future. P/S: I've spoken to one of the InP sales personnel and he said that there are a couple of Pentas 2 buyers utilised MBSB as their financier. I guess I'm not the only one |

Hi guys
I'm interested to buy a pentas 3 end lot house. The land size is 2975sqft with a built up of 3468sqft. The no of the house is 138. But the main problem is it is facing a junction. Do you think i should look for another pentas instead of this one? The price is rm 1.03M by the way. Many thanks |

QUOTE(cheahcw2003 @ Oct 5 2012, 07:35 PM) for investment try to avoid t junction, if own stay different story, but u still need to deal with the lights from the car shooting at your living rooms at night every now and then. CheachcwPentas 3 still have many units to choose from, if u bargain hard, you can convince the SA to remove those "pinned units" for you. It does make sense that the car lights will illuminate your house at night. I never think of it.. Thanks for that. Amint Yupp. Im after an end lot house. Couldnt afford corner lot one. Thanks guys for your reply Added on October 5, 2012, 8:06 pm QUOTE(nkhong @ Oct 5 2012, 07:42 PM) Yeah, agreed with both taiko, u can buy if you dun trust fengshui and dun plan to sell at all. I will comsider if they give me 25% discount ... 25% discount is awesome Added on October 5, 2012, 7:49 pm Better than HCS map !! This post has been edited by Them_Me_You: Oct 5 2012, 08:06 PM |

QUOTE(nkhong @ Oct 5 2012, 08:15 PM) Ya lo, at least 25% disc ... One million for a house facing road ... Totally unacceptable to me ... You got all the points mate. Anyway, there is another end unit with blue pin on it, i will try talking with the developer and see if i can get that unit. Otherwise i will go for intermediate. By the way, if anyone knows which facade between Pentas type A1/A1A and A2/A2A is nice? |

Hi guys,
I forgot to ask the following questions when visiting the show room the other day: 1. Ceiling height of pentas 3? is it the same height for both living and family hall? 2. I suppose all Pentas are double frontage. What does that mean? What's the difference from single frontage? 3. The built up quoted on their broucheres is gross built up? is that true? Thanks very much This post has been edited by Them_Me_You: Oct 7 2012, 03:36 PM |

QUOTE(Lionking1900 @ Oct 7 2012, 04:14 PM) 1. The architect may not applied same height for both living and family hall. Thanks Lionking kor... Now I know 2. I dont think Pentas has double frontage. Double frontage means you can access from the front and behind. Explain in a layman term, you got two main entrance. 3. Depend on the developer. In norm, the brochure will indicate gross area. |
