QUOTE(ahken100 @ Mar 14 2013, 11:16 AM) Need to share !! i believe ahken's intention is to see if there is a mixture of multi-racial community in AI as a whole.I have round surrounding of AI I&P project that already vp for Nukilan 1 & Canting. Nukilan 1 starting move-in & occupied. I just saw a feel corner lot are chinese. Canting I found bumi is alot to move-in now. I beleive bumi over quota for Canting is alot, or maybe more than Nukilan. Actually, how many bumi quota for AI township? May I know there mentioned bumi quota is base on AI township or each project launched? Because this development those earlier phases are purchased by INP staffs and later on attract more multiracial community. So it is good to know the demograhy of your own taman,as we need to tolerate each others' culture as well. For example, the mosque/church/temple nearby, existence of multi medium schools and etcs will affect the living routine of the family. There are some Non Muslims who like to have dogs as pet, but it may not be accepted by other culture, as dogs bark. Dont think ah ken trying to make a racist remark here. right? |

Cheah,
Thanks for your understanding. Yes, I have to survey any part of area to make sure all amenities are convenience. As I think my family stay here, is it convenient to school and restaurant? Example: At night I want tapau hokkien mee for family, where to find? |

QUOTE(cheahcw2003 @ Mar 14 2013, 10:14 PM) Sometimes, when we wanted food, it depends on mood ... say we want main deal like breakfast or dinner, we can drive even to KK or Klang or Subang, but sometimes, when we tired at home or wanted to have supper after light dinner, it is quite leceh to drive all the way to KK just to buy some cheap food or mamak food.If gonna stay at AI, be prepare more instant foods, biscuits and further groceries at home, lolz. That's one of the inconvenience way, which my wife tak suka staying in AI, apart of being too quiet, less neighbours and worry of break in issue. |
