When i first bought, SA never told about it. It was not in SPA too. But UFO-ET kor said I&P will usually underpromise and overdeliver. He was right! If u like nukilan, i think just go for it. The price is still good value. However, if i am wearing an investment cap, i would choose pentas 3.

Underpromised and overdelivered, sounds promising and convincing. It means for I&P, surprises awaiting?

Too bad max. I can afford is only Nukilan 3.

Nowadays, rm1.2mil only provides limited choices for a good location, freehold, landed, g&g, spacious house. Money value seems very small now

Chill boss, my unit oso quite near the pond but not facing the pond. If no pond I oso a bit upset..

Honestly I wud rather have fencing though pond is something nice to have. Mayb becoz of fencing planning inp decide not to build a pond.

Bro nukilan is quite near to the mosque. If you are ok with it then no problem. Or u can hunt for some subsales at canting, arca etc
