Urs pentas 1 shud be ok coz ur sunroof got metal bar like a grill. U can't climb in from outside eventhough u break the glass.

When you guys purchase Pentas, did the developer state inside the SPA that Alarm System will be included? And is the Fencing: Provided means it will be fenced & guarded?

I am actually interested in the Nukilan 3 project, but not sure if what Nukilan 3 is offering worth the price tag.
