falcao - future 50 million chelsea fc flop as long as we keep up this dysfunctional midfield and people will be calling for drogba's return within 3 weeks of him getting a squad number.u heard it here first! laugh.gif

note: just kidding,he'll probably end up in madrid/barca. besides, lukaku has looked amazing for west brom.he'll be back soon enough smile.gif

if you merge Torres and Drogba..you will get Lukaku..I know he still young..he can hold the ball..beat defender with pace..beat defender with physical..can play through ball and shot screamer..hahaha...but still he lack of experience..

Just got an update that Drogba IS NOT released by Shenhua.

In my opininon, I hope we don't buy any highly priced striker like Falcao and Cavani so soon. We certainly have few very good young strikers(LUKAKU!), and I always think that strikers are HUGELY overpriced.
I know our beloved Roman has lot of cash(he just won a 3billion legal case!), but the media will always give hefty price tag players a lot of pressure and I think everyone acknowledged that already.

I think drogba still has got so much to offer. Its just a waste if he retires. Many teams would want his services. It would be interesting to see him in red tough. Any reds in epl.

I feel he will leave china. Its a prediction. He would choose to go back to chelsea if he were to come back to epl. He would also choose not to go to a rival club if posibble. Unless the money offered is huge.

Anyone saw the United match? RVP brilliance or Southampton defense lapse of concentration?

Southampton have no luck..

1st goal really good chest by RVP and and superb strike by him..
Man Utd 2nd goal hit the post and bounce right in front of RVP
3rd goal is defender mistake not following RVP (good header too by him)

Southampton is really looking good, they manage to get the lead 2-1 both manchester clubs..
maybe they lack of experience to keep the lead

now will be 2 weeks international break right?
hopefully RDM will use this time to get things right and we can bounce back from the lost to AM..

we will be able to compete provided RDM uses the right tactic/formation against them..

really hoping to see more formations and tactics to be use by RDM depending on the situation..
instead of sticking to current formation only for every games..

and maybe even drop Lampard and Torres if they dont perform good enough..

by the way we still haven't seen Marin/Cesar/Moses in action..
Oscar also not at his best...

the best line up for me would be

Cech

Cesar -- Ivanovic/Cahill -- Terry -- Cole

Oscar/Lampard -- Mikel

Moses/Marin -- Hazard -- Mata

DS23/Torres

with essien gone to RM maybe we can see Luiz in the double pivot position?
compete with mikel maybe? because i think Luiz in better than Mikel to initiate an attack movement

i have always liked the idea. and as I have stressed out more than once, Luiz should be a defensive midfielder.

but i doubt that rdm will chnage his position.
