CHELSEA’S French winger Florent Malouda could be on his way to Brazil with Santos, the club where the great Pele starred.
Santos vice-president Odilio Rodrigues confirmed talks have taken place over a possible deal.
The France international will be pushed further down the pecking order at Chelsea with the summer arrivals of Eden Hazard and Mirko Marin.

There are some conflicting stories in relation to the possible move to Santos for Chelsea winger Florent Malouda. This source believes that the imminent sale of Ganso, who has publicly stated his intention to seek a move to Europe, could pave the way for the French international to move to Brazil.
However other sources claim that the wage demands the 32 year old has made are too hefty for Santos to cover. Either way it would seem plausible that a Stamford Bridge exit is on the cards as Roberto Di Matteo certainly looks to be planning for the future and Malouda was a bit part player last term and is set to become even less likely to feature regularly in the coming campaign.
Last term the former Lyon man was handed just 11 Premier League starts and the arrivals of Eden Hazard and Marko Marin, as well as Belgian Kevin du Bruyne (who was loaned back to Racing Genk for the second half of last season following his move to the West London club) will further restrict his involvement in the first team.
Malouda has made a total of 230 appearances for Chelsea since his £13.5m move in July 2007, netting 45 goals in the process.

Chelsea's newest rumored transfer target is Oscar from Internacional (Brazil). Here's 5 things to know about him:

1) He is one of the best young dribblers in Brazil -- A right-footed player, he stands a respectable 5'9" and isn't afraid to use his pace and technique to get around opponents. His dribbling style is more on the stylish side but remains effective.

2) He favors his right foot -- Unlike players such as Juan Mata who are excellent with both feet, Oscar tends to set up his right foot more for shots. His left foot is decent but certainly nothing to write home about.

3) He isn't the hardest working player -- Oscar often relies on his positioning and instincts to find himself at the right place in the right time. This may be a concern should Oscar move to a bigger league where these pockets of space collapse quickly.

4) His pace is good, but not great -- This won't be as much of a concern if he's playing in the midfield but if he's expected to play as a right-sided player don't expect him to make the runs of elite wingers.

5) His passing for his age is very good -- Oscar has a natural instinct for facilitating the game and getting his teammates involved. For being only 20 years old he has excellent vision on the pitch, although he will likely need to get stronger to fend off physical holding midfielders.

In short, Oscar is a prospect many clubs in Europe have their eye on and for good reason. His ability to create space with his dribbling and pick out the open player afterwards is a rare combination many teams around the world would love to have.
