sigh.. i went pg japan consulate for the visa purpose.. maybe they has diff set of protocol
for example, i asked about the bank slip, for pg the officer told me need at least 10k whereas ppl do visa at kl only need 6k bank slip
aa i forgot to ask about that

Their website not accurate. Luckily my travel agent is very up to date.

All the while memang need hotel confirmation receipt or email one. Flight itinerary also need.

Did you ask them if your CTC bank statement is acceptable? No need letter?

yeah we went in march, got all the items even those not in website, even married couple also need to show photostat marriage certificate.

and our employment acknowledgement from HR oso, u got that already?

lucky mine was fast at KL jap embassy. submitted when counter open around 9-ish am and he just go thru my docs. 5 minutes kau tim and go back to work.

just now i used ctc bank slip, the officer mark a tick on my bank slip.. means acceptable i guess.. the officer no comment about tat slip

just resubmitted my visa app
the purpose of the photocopy passport needed by them is to have a cop on it saying visa has been process, got some serial numbers on it, and date to collect the passport n visa

then me or frens can use that photocopy of passport slip to collect the visa 3 days later

visa for japan is free..unless you ask travel agent or runner to do for you.

huh.... the process so out dated one meh, at kl one they will give us the offical receipt and stated when can come to collect the passport.

Actually I wanna ask you guys those who going to Japan later, if your flight ETA at night time, what will you going to do for the accommodation? Are you make some calls to the hotels before you visit to Japan? most of the hotel check in time is 2 / 3pm, and we are few hours late from the check in time, will they charge us for extra fees or ?? I really worry about this.

Nobody charge for late check-in but late check-out yes haha. If worry, just drop an email or skype call them to inform them of late check-in.
