For loan legal fee & stamp duty you still need to pay. Just make sure you included that.

It's not included. You need to bare those cost.

Check wf developer, I don't know what's the free package provided by developer now. If they state clearly spa, stamp duty, legal fee free then u don't need to pay lo.

yes I agree with you must gather more people to complaint about it

on monday today, when receive key. the developer said will assist us on changing the TNB tariff from commercial to residential. 1st bill coming from TNB you need to submit to management office to change the status.

for the overpaid deposit , developer said tnb will put inside the bill
