And mutiara ville is built on a commercial land with residential title...if you don't ask, they will not tell.

Just receive the letter to pay on the TNB fee and the form used is Buisness/Non-Domestic form, but the letter stated otherwise. Have called to developer and they say the land is commercial type and application to residential type is still under progress and dont know when to approve. And if it does approve for residential type, owner have to go TNB apply ourself for the change and they unable to help on that. -.-"

Majority lands in Cyberjaya is under Commercial title. Most investors would've known this fact by now. Developers will try to assist to get residential preferential rates for utilities but they are certainly not obliged to, even if they do, it will take sometime for approval.
